Kirkpatrick, Jr. as CEO and several family members serving various functions, including 3rd generation family members continuing the tradition. The business has grown steadily over the years, with offices in Greenwood, Indianapolis, Brownsburg, Michigan, and Kentucky. The Greenwood office, located at 600 East Main Street, is currently undergoing renovation and will be completed by December of this year. When an association chooses Kirkpatrick Management, we have five primary goals in mind: 1. Protect the assets of the Association, 2. Enhance the property value of the community, 3. Make it easy for homeowners to serve on the Board of Directors, 4. Serve as a resource to the Board and homeowners, and 5. Provide continuity from one Board to the next. We achieve these goals by staying abreast of all issues facing the industry. We conduct regular training sessions with all employees covering topics like customer service, legal issues, technology, maintenance, and more. We are committed to having all Managers (CAM’s) attain their CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) certification by years end. Additionally, we conduct educational seminars for our customers; covering topics such as Understanding the Financial Statement, How to Run an Effective Board Meeting, Fundamentals of Board Leadership, and Annual Meetings. Through education, the board members can understand their role as Board Members and thus serve the community more effectively.
